Custom Build

You'll want to choose this option if you are looking to move into your new home in about seven to nine months. With custom building, you'll have the most opportunity to choose the colors, materials and finishes in your new home.

Purchase a Home Under Construction

You may hear these homes called market homes or speculative (spec) homes. This option will work for you if you want to move into your new home a bit sooner than seven to nine months - we may have homes under construction that are nearly complete (30 to 60 days from completion) or some that have just been started (six to eight months from completion).  Depending upon what building stage the home is at, you may still be able to choose some of the colors, materials or finishes in your new home.

Purchase a Completed Home

If you want a beautiful home in a hurry, we may just have one ready for you! If you find that one of our completed homes meets your needs, you may be able to move into it in as little as thirty days.
